Good stuff on stainless steel

It's a safety wire - not much to say actually. It's a good thickness for most things you'll need on a race car or motorcycle - not too thick to be difficult to work with, not too thin to be easily broken. I was also surprised at how quickly it showed up at my front door - in just two days. Will definitely buy more if I ever go out!

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Excellent safety wire and general purpose wire

This wire makes an excellent safety/tie down wire and anything you want to wire up. The coil itself is good. The wire is pulled from the center to avoid tangling or unwinding (be careful to start correctly). This wire is made of stainless steel and will not rust. I bought this wire in three sizes, I expect it will be enough to survive me. It's good to have the right wire when you need it!

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • No automatic

Wire is OK, container is NOT. BEWARE!

Stainless wire is good, only very good. (I mean size, not quality!) The problem I have is that the plastic that makes up the container is VERY brittle! I dropped it from 3 feet onto concrete and it broke into a dozen pieces around it! This would not be a problem except that this (and most other professional safety wire) comes from the spool INSIDE the spool. If you were stupid enough to take it out of the blue plastic container and try to use it, it would be a "bird's nest" for you. That makes…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
