Exactly what I was looking for for my 42 inch basement door at the bottom of the stairs. I have three garage doors, one of which is always open during the spring, summer and most of the fall. So every weather (hot, cold, muggy, etc.) comes into our basement. At this point we start our dehumidifier. I've found that too much moisture is draining into the basement. Great solution for us.

We have two dogs and in order to no longer have to let them in our fenced yard during the day we first bought a Larson storm door with an integrated dog door and the ability to open the inner door at night and when we are not at home to be able to close. As we live in an area that gets quite cold in the winter we added an alley door just inside the turning radius of the inner door so it can be left open for dogs to get in and out at will.
