Great Customer Service - Constant Improvement

The customer service is incredible! They are always willing to help and do whatever it takes to keep you happy. The system is not perfect but they are constantly improving it. I wish it was more user friendly. I think the customer service can help with this. It's a little more difficult to use than other billing software, but it gets easier as you use it. I'm trying to make sure I have the most accurate information about my patients for billing purposes. This helps me in the long run to keep…

Best medical billing software out their hands down

I like most how easy it is to use for patient records as well as doctor visits. The features are very user friendly and make sense! You can quickly learn all of your system functions without having any prior knowledge. There aren't too many issues with this system but if you have questions or concerns about anything they are right there so you never feel left in the dark. This helps me be more efficient at my job which increases productivity and saves time by not wasting it doing paperwork or

Excellent platform and super helpful support

I like how easy it is to use! It has really helped me streamline my day so much better than our previous system did. The customer service can be hit or miss at times but they are always quick to respond when you do contact them in which case your issue gets resolved quickly (usually within minutes). Some of their features seem outdated now as new ones come out faster then we have time for training with those changes - this happens all too often though not sure if its just us who run into these…

  • No need to carry cash around anymore either no hassle whatsoever especially since everything works well both ways between providers' apps / websites via computers AND smart phones alike :)
