Would have given 3 stars but it does the job as the Velcro attaches at the back to secure the waistband. They were here on time and he looked very nice. The clasp on the bow tie was so-so but held up and the belt was too big for our skinny 4 year old. Even if it did fit him, I'm not sure the clasp was that good.
