I've tried these blades and while they are better than a standard razor I didn't like these blades. I have a thick stiff beard (Hispanic). To achieve a close shave, I need to stretch my face and finish with a shave against the grain. Durability: These other reviewers claim they're durable, but we clearly have two different beard thicknesses. This one is made for me. Bought these to stock up. I bought them before and there was a Russian inscription on the box. This was the second brand I tried after I started shaving with a safety razor. For this order, the boxes were in English. I don't know what the difference is but they are terrible. I used to shave without a nick and shaved at least 3 times with a blade. I've just tried using my current blade for the third time and I look like I've fought a velociraptor. I won't buy these again. Such a shame.

This review is mainly about the packaging of this item. I have a feeling that most consumers buy Astras for their price (cheap) and decent quality (sharp and stable), so there's no need to dwell on all that. Either it's for you or it's not.
