Solid cornice for the price

Looks decent, strong enough. I didn't need huge screws to mount the window frame, I found a few smaller ones that fit perfectly. If you actually go to drywall, this is like all you'll ever get. It comes with cheap wall anchors, go to the hardware store and get some good ones. Since the bar is cheaper, don't expect the screws to be hidden.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • old

Good Enough - Home Decor Products

For the price I paid I'm happy but I just want to warn anyone who looks at it, nothing holds it together. The two ends slide together, one side slides into the other, but nothing prevents them from slipping out again. I parted the curtains and accidentally parted the bar. I don't mind too much, it still looks good and serves its purpose.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not bad but...

EXCELLENT - Unbeatable!

This is a simple review! These curtains are exceptionally well made and have a very smooth feel. I also bought some nice rods to complete the curtains! Cornices together with curtains look great. The brackets and screws are easy to install (drill recommended) and simply tighten the bars to the brackets. It took about 30 minutes for 2 windows. Well packaged and easy as 1,2,3! buy you! I am renovating 2 more rooms with you!

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • unreliable

Good product that gets the job done but make sure it is new

Rods are well suited to what we use them for. We ordered 2 of these. When they arrived one was new and still sealed in the box. The other looked sent back. A ball/pin was scratched, the stick was assembled, the package was opened, then wrapped in a bundle of polyethylene and sealed with tape. Luckily we can work with them (for our purposes), but be sure to check them out. For this reason we do not award 5 stars.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance

Order from Raven! on individual rods

I hung curtains in the guest room. I've decided I can't wait for Revain, I have to do it now! So I went to the store and bought the same curtain rod for $38. It looked terrible. As for the bathroom window, I figured I could wait and ordered this curtain rod! The quality is a million times better than what I got in the store and it was an amazing price! Imagine you haven't had a curtain rod for X time - the extra 2 days for shipping won't kill you! Save yourself and order from Revain!

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Something else

Just what I wanted good for window bars

My husband and I are renovating our first house and can't afford new windows this year. We decided that we absolutely needed curtains in all rooms to keep drafts out. Bought a total of 12 rods between two lengths and they are perfect. The smaller poles come with two hooks and the larger poles come with three for extra strength. They seem to be holding up well, but I'm concerned that the heavier black curtains might weigh them down too much. The time will show! As many reviewers have pointedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • clarity

I almost returned it but was able to solve my problem

When I screwed the tip onto the end of the rod it didn't go all the way. I hung it up anyway and got another one. After removing the very flimsy paper again (which was a big pain) I screwed in the tip on the second rod, but this time it almost didn't go in. Then I tried to remove the screw from the white plastic thing and the white plastic thing came out of the shaft. So I carefully picked up the white plastic thing with pliers and was then able to twist the tip and the screw went right in asโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stable results when tested
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
