I bought this to save a few bucks, the woman said; "DID YOU BUY A USED TOILET SEAT? "

When the chair arrived it looked exactly how I thought it would. Unused and perfect until I took it out of the bag and the bottom of the lid and seat was crushed and damaged. Revain Warehouse does a really good job of inspecting returned items, but this time I don't think they actually took it out of the bag and lifted the lid to see it. Can you blame them? I thought to myself: I've ordered several items here from third parties and it turns out to be an intact returned item, wrong size, wrongโ€ฆ

Semi-convenient but cracked and difficult to remove.

I'd say you get what you pay for, but I've bought cheaper seats than these that have been better. I bought a new house and swapped out 2 out of 3 toilet seats for these. The other was the same company but was slowly approaching. These seats are only used in guest bathrooms, so not that common. These are semi-comfortable standard wooden seats. Nothing fancy but just what you would expect. My troubles were not pleasant. The guest using the bathroom came out and apologized for breaking the seatโ€ฆ

The Story of the Unfortunate Toilet Seat

Gather the kids and listen to my story of the unfortunate toilet seat. So here I am, just a few weeks ago, in need of a new toilet seat. My previous toilet seat, also from Bemis, has lasted and served well for many years. But it's definitely time to replace it. I checked out the Revain and found one that looked good, made out of wood with a white finish, and it was only about $15! And then, oh innocent ones, I bought this toilet seat. It arrived and everything seemed fine. This toilet seatโ€ฆ
