Supplied disassembled and very difficult to assemble. Glitter also crumbles and gets everywhere. I was hoping for a little more for the price. The tail is also curved. Although it's still cute. Therefore 3 stars and no less. And the thicker cardboard, not super thin, is another plus.

Would love to come back. I didn't inspect them quick enough when I bought them before my daughter's party. I was ready to assemble but there aren't even holes for the strings. Hats are SUPER small and shiny. Totally overpriced.

I love the idea of these party hats. But it was very difficult to put them together. The fin of one of them broke completely when I was collecting it. Since my hat is broken it doesn't matter either, but I had a shorted hat cord.

My daughter and kids loved these hats for her birthday. you are so cute However, you need to assemble them yourself from the box. And the way they fold isn't even at the back. I didn't care about that aspect of the product. I would have preferred if they were evenly matched. You can adjust the size while threading the elastic to ensure a custom fit for every child, big or small.

These hats were absolutely adorable at my 4 year old niece's birthday party, but 5 minutes after they were all put on, the ends of the tails were torn off and they were unbuttoned. It's not because of the caps, but because of their arrangement (the tips of the tails are hardly part of the cap, just hanging by a thread). I bought these for decoration not as an actual hat. Putting it together was more difficult and 3 out of 6 ripped a few of them trying to fit one side of the hat into the mounting slot. They looked very pretty and shiny to use as centerpieces but only on the front. On the back you can see how terribly they go together.
