Perfect size for a half day trip or climbing shoes and gear

I bought this bag to carry a full set of climbing clothes, gear and shoes. I also use it for other trips to the gym. The bag is smaller than what you would use for a day trip but large enough to hold the items listed above along with some toiletries.

Suitable for almost everything!

This backpack was almost perfect for what I bought it for. It held all my snacks, water and a headlamp for my grueling hikes, it had my chalk bag, shoes and harness (if I needed anything else I had to attach it to the outside) and it contained a decent number of products. That. My only complaint was that I wish there were water bottle holders on the outside and more padding on the back. otherwise it was great!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some small things

Great multi-pitch backpack

I bought this backpack to use on both multi-pitch and short day trips. It's the perfect size (for reference, the other day I was able to fit my matching shoes, a water bottle, a guidebook, some snacks and a rope bag for a shorter multi). I also used it as a personal item during the flight. Unfortunately, it's too small for my 17" laptop (but mine is a bit larger than most to compensate for the nicer keyboard). But for me this is a very small problem. Highly recommended.

Small but powerful outdoor recreation

Heart Set! I use it for bouldering and climbing both indoors and outdoors. It easily fits a pair of shoes, a climbing harness, a chalk bag (standard size), a carabiner, deodorant, keys, a wallet, a phone, a travel battery and a climbing band. With space! To be honest I needed a minimal package that could still get the job done. This backpack did exactly what I needed - I was skeptical at first but when I received it it turned out to be slightly larger than you would expect and judging by what…

If you're looking for a discreet bag

I've been looking through a few bags looking for one that can hold a modest amount of photography gear (one mirrorless camera, three lenses) plus a few more bags for day trips. Article. This is the one. It doesn't look like a camera bag and is stripped of all (in my opinion) unnecessary hooks and straps that can get snagged when boarding and disembarking from airplane seats, taxis, etc. Aesthetically minimalist, clean, simple. Can hold a 13" Mac PB. Has an inside zippered pocket for loose items

Loyal customer age 15

An all round bag for trips around town. I bought my son his first ball when he was ten. This version had garlands sewn on the outside and was a bit heavier than it is now. The bag has been cleaned on the outside and more compartmentalized on the inside since it was first used, which by the way has endured 15 years of daily use. He used it about half the time for middle and high school - it doesn't fit more than 3-4 huge textbooks. He used a heavy duty LL Bean for most of his school days and…

Great for commuting/meetings as long as you're only carrying the essentials

This is actually a very well built, compact 16L backpack with a very, very minimal design. While I don't personally use it for scrambling, I will be taking it to a convention and while I don't test it on my regular commute, it's fairly comfortable and no issues have been found. For a convention I can comfortably pack 2 spare shirts, a portable speaker, full size headphones, sunscreen, sanitizer, a compact first aid kit and a nice 750ml bottle of aviation gin with a bit of space. When buckled…
