❗️THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW❗️This soap works first, then just spoils the skin and stops working. I went to Africa and got African soap there and wanted to see if I could find it in America. And this soap was perfect to begin with. It smells and looks just like soap from Africa. This soap is really bigger and lasts longer. Overall this soap was amazing and helped my acne but then stopped working and made my acne worse. I would not recommend it. :)

I have used several different black soaps and this is the one I will be sticking with. I tried Plant Guru but it contains coconut oil. I learned the hard way that I'm itchy. I tried Dudu Osun and the heavy scent was too strong for me. Shea Terra powder is good, but it's very expensive and doesn't foam as much as this one. It has an earthy smoke flavor and I'm really happy with the amount of foam I get.

People say it dries up and doesn't work. Here's a tip. Cut it into small pieces. Add a drop or two of honey and a drop or two of grapeseed oil to boiling filtered water and store in a glass pump jar. Shake until dissolved and use twice a day only. Moisten your face with grapeseed oil after washing. You can also use it as a shampoo but after the conditioner.
