That thing is the bomb!

I thought they stopped making it and I was so upset. I used to have a white car and it was the only thing that could polish away the dirt on the road. I needed something to polish my old and antique sewing machines and hallelujah! I found TR3 on Revain. With a white or light colored car, you don't know how much road film your car has until you try this stuff. Polishing it will make your car shiny white again and you will see that it is actually gray where you haven't polished it yet.

  • This is amazing

NEVER CHANGE THE ORIGINAL RECIPE!

I USED THIS BRAND ON ALL MY CARS AND TRUCKS IN THE 80's-90's. AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED APPLYING WAX BUT ONLY TO REALIZE IT DID NOT HAVE THE SHINE I WAS SO DESIRED FOR! THIS WAX FORMULA IS NOT LIKE IT WAS BEFORE AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I SPENT 3 HOURS OF MY TIME ON THIS RESULT OF POLISHING MY HANDMADE OFF-ROAD VEHICLE JUST TO REALIZE WHAT I PAID SO MANY DOLLARS TO WORK WITH WAX LIKE THE CHEAP WOS WHICH I DID BEFORE! OBLIGATED COMPLETELY FROM THIS ARTICLE!

Great old school product!

That's amazing! Not sure why there is so much talk about not using it on a clear coat. The roof of my daughter's new Honda was covered in some kind of corrosive liquid that etched the paintwork. Nothing helped to fix this until I used TR3. The color is back and otherwise the car looks great. My son's SUV hasn't been washed in 2 years or more (but not a thing), the paint was badly oxidized and looked like crap. Enter TR3, now it looks new. I suppose if you apply too much it can be a problem, but

There is nothing better. I don't necessarily recommend using on .

I've used this on many different cars since school (until 2000). I mainly use this to remove paint scratches and remove color transfer from door dents. I use it on all cars, even clear coats. There is nothing better. I don't necessarily recommend using it all over the car as it's a bit aggressive and can eat through clear coats if you use an aggressive wool pad and power buffer. I recommend this for cleaning paintwork in damaged areas. I've tried many different products (I've worked in auto…

I bought this in good faith and fitted it with a cutting disc on .

oh my god! I bought this in good faith and applied it with a cutting wheel to try and get rid of the frizz. This is really fine BUT it looks like there are some leftovers on the car. I tried to fix it by manually applying the glaze but that didn't work. I'll try to fix it with my high speed double action. If I can get rid of this residue I would say it's a great product. but currently gets 2i.OMG. I applied another coat and buffed with a high speed buffer and it looks like the car has been…

For almost every car etc. go to the product.

I've been using this product for over 20 years and I'm glad it's still around. I bought a new Red Dodge Challenger and was very hesitant to use it on clear coat. So I contacted Blue Magic and they told me they have no complaints other than the dark gray colors. I was told I could test the area in my trunk. Boy was I happy - no twists. These products are so easy to use for those of us who are really lazy. Make sure you use it on the inside of the door, trunk, plastic bumpers, etc., knowing that…

Generally not suitable for painted cars (test first)

TR-3 offers good protection for older unpainted cars and sewing machines, but is not suitable for painting. Several reviews on Revain.com mention a red label on the cap indicating it is not suitable for clear coated vehicles. The general recommendation on a cap warning label I've seen at your local auto parts store is that you try it on a small area of the car with a clear coat to see if it works without damaging the finish. Otherwise you might want to use something else on top of clear coats…

Heavy abrasion, troublesome container, not as shiny as expected

After reading the reviews I bought Meguiar HD Seawater Oxidation Remover to work on a 10 year old white apartment building that was never maintained. It took about 1/2 stops oxidation after one application. I switched to TR-3 and it took about 90+% oxidation off. It works out. It does not deoxidize by itself, it must be squeezed, rubbed and rinsed with a sponge and the application(s) must be repeated. Can't say it left much shine and will most likely look for a wax product after this one. One…

Truly magical for a clear coat.

I needed this because my car is a Subaru and they use eco friendly paint and a clear coat that you can scratch with your fingernails. I'm not being dramatic, you'll find 100 scratches under my doorknob and I have keyless entry. As I got out of the car, I slammed the door into someone's mirror as the wind blew it open. . There were no stains on the mirror, but my door had a thick 2 inch wide white line next to the doorknob. This line was there for months, reminding me to be more careful until…
