I bought the Soundtouch 20 to listen to internet radio and music on my NAS. After the initial setup, which was difficult because the Soundtouch *requires* a DLNA server, file sharing alone wasn't enough, everything worked fine. Fast forward a month or two and Bose has replaced its internet radio service with TuneIn. The sound quality is good considering the size of the speakers. Nightmares is a horribly bad connection and a terrible app. Connectivity: 90% of the time I try to use the system I have to spend 5-15 minutes fiddling with it and trying to figure out why it's not working today. First, I almost gave up on this purchase due to all the negative feedback about the Wi-Fi connection; however, it was painless easy for me. UPDATE October 20, 2017 I now have 2 SoundTouch 30, 8 SoundTouch 20, 1 pair of SoundTouch 10 and a SoundTouch 130 home theater system. I bought the first one on July 28, 2016. 30 and 20 are high quality MONO speakers (it's absurd that 20 and 30 still can't be turned into stereo pairs). I have all three devices (10 series, 20 series 3 and 30 series 3) and here are my impressions. If you're looking to buy these, I'd recommend getting the 20 Series 3. There's nothing wrong with the other two models - the 20 is simply the best value for money in my opinion. The 10 doesn't have an LCD on the front, is big enough for large rooms, and doesn't have a network port. 30 is a bit louder and more than 20, but I find 20 powerful enough to handle any space in the room.
