This is a great alternative to the idea of SnoreRX or at least a cheaper version that you can test if the airway relaxation concept works for you. I used the Snoring Lab app and recorded myself without this mouthpiece at first and I snored 100% of the night. Now that I've had it on for a few nights and gotten used to it, my sleep records are perfectly smooth. It really keeps your lips open at night so there was a bit of dryness in the mouth and on the lips but it's worth it.

This is my third mouthguard in the last 2 years and I am not as impressed as the first two. I will explain the things that caught my eye in a different way. Soft molded plastic won't stick to hard plastic. Maybe I have a bad blockage, but after a month of use I know it won't last long. The soft plastic tabs are not long enough to fit the hard plastic holes. This will separate the soft plastic from the adjustable part.
