Works amazingly well

Let me start by saying that I am a die-hard CPAP machine user. I bought this as a backup in case we have a power outage or my car breaks down. I had my doubts but figured for $20 I'd give it a try. WOW, today I received it, dazzled it and decided to give it a try. I have never been able to sleep in a chair without using a CPAP machine due to an airway obstruction. Well, today I took a nap in my chair. I'm very glad it worked for me. We recently lost power and I had trouble sleeping. Now I have…

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good design. Directions need improvement.

, I like that the block is adjustable with no hard-to-clean metal parts and there is a place for the tongue to rest between the teeth. In my opinion, the forward protrusion of the tongue is no less important than the protrusion of the lower jaw. Customization means you can experiment with different degrees of protrusion or gradually improve it over several weeks. What could be improved: The instructions can clarify how long the device should be placed in boiling water. They should also warn you

Pros
  • is clear even for the old
Cons
  • For the old

Cheap alternative to SnoreRX

This is a great alternative to the idea of SnoreRX or at least a cheaper version that you can test if the airway relaxation concept works for you. I used the Snoring Lab app and recorded myself without this mouthpiece at first and I snored 100% of the night. Now that I've had it on for a few nights and gotten used to it, my sleep records are perfectly smooth. It really keeps your lips open at night so there was a bit of dryness in the mouth and on the lips but it's worth it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Some little things

You get what you pay for.

I am currently using $2,000 orthotics to help with my sleep apnea and decided to try them as a retreat in case one gets lost or I just need to introduce myself. I wasn't expecting it to be of the same quality, I was hoping it would be half decent. Unfortunately I tried to sleep with this mouth guard for several nights and just couldn't as it's too big and keeps my mouth too wide open for a comfortable sleep. This is coming from a man over 6ft 2in who normally sleeps with his mouth open.

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Senior Citizen

The best sleep mouthpiece I've ever used!

After trying many different sleep mouthpieces this is the best product I have found in terms of comfort, durability and ease of setup. Out of the box, simply boil water and shape the mouthpiece to your liking. As this is my 3rd purchase in the last 6+ months I have figured out which setup is the most comfortable for me (6) and tailored it to this particular setup. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels in the mornings where my grinding and snoring has decreased dramatically since using

Pros
  • nice item
Cons
  • appearance

The quality has changed.

This is my third mouthguard in the last 2 years and I am not as impressed as the first two. I will explain the things that caught my eye in a different way. Soft molded plastic won't stick to hard plastic. Maybe I have a bad blockage, but after a month of use I know it won't last long. The soft plastic tabs are not long enough to fit the hard plastic holes. This will separate the soft plastic from the adjustable part. The lifespan of the product I reckon will be another month or two. It just…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Useless features

Definitely pros and cons

Edit*** I had to stop using it. He was so big and stocky that he strained my jaw, made me clench my teeth and my bite was broken the entire time I was awake. This has made malocclusion a sustainable q trend. I stopped wearing it. It took 3 days for my bite to return to normal. I am really disappointed. I struggle with this rating. Did it shut me up? Yes. I have snorelab app records and the difference is noticeable. I bought it because I wanted to stay in a hotel with my sisters and I was afraid

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No auto steering
