Not Useful As Intended

These baseball caps are made of strong, rigid plastic that won't flex at all. I have strong hands and couldn't get them in or out without a large pair of pliers. My bumper is a standard size so that's not a problem. But I found a solution. A "V" is cut in the two corners to be folded, but it only extends halfway down the cap. I cut out this "V" so it goes all the way up now. Now I can install them manually. They work great as long as you can put them in and take them out. Hopefully Camco sees…

Inserted into my 3/16 " steel bumper

My bumper is not your typical square sheet metal bumper as I replaced the damaged original bumper with a standard 3/16" steel tube. I doubted they would fit, but decided to give it a try anyway. I don't use a bumper to hold sewer hoses, I just wanted to close the ends so the bees can't get in. I used my heat gun to heat the ribbed sides very well and was able to get them fully seated by pressing and a few final hits with a rubber mallet. Of course you have to be a real gorilla to pull them out,

It's better if you grind the fins.

This is ridiculous. The shrink function is useless as it's made of hard plastic and doesn't do much. Why they didn't make them out of rubberized material I don't understand. Cannot be fitted without a hammer and if you do then good luck getting it out again without a screwdriver wedge and hammer. I ended up sanding the ribs. dremel, now it's much easier to work with them. I will add some string or wire to attach them to the bumper or chassis using the hole in these end caps in case they are too

Protects against insects and prevents the loss of bumper covers!

These bumper covers are perfect for 4" RV bumpers. Most factory bumper covers have a large hole in the center that allows mud bugs, wasps and other pests to conveniently nest in your bumper , until you open them to get a drain hose and a nasty surprise (ask me how I know!) .These caps still provide ventilation so your drain hose dries out between uses, but prevents surprises! As an added bonus they fit much snugger than the factory caps on my 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite and prevent them from…

An exact replacement for my 4 " bumper, but better than the original!

On my very first ride on my new TT, I exited the sewers and left my original bumper cover on the bumper instead of inserting it into the bumper .I noticed it was missing when I got home and felt horrible that I had lost it but was relieved to find my hose still stuck in the bumper.I was expecting a replacement part to be overpriced found it but for less than $3 a pair.I took them a little hesitantly trying to figure out what the catch was but when they arrived I was very impressed.Inside! They…
