If you like wet, wrinkled clothes, then this is for you.

I had a shark boat for many years and it worked great. Removes all wrinkles and very easy to use. It finally died on me and I saw this product. It looked great, I can just get dressed and go about my business while she smooths out the wrinkles. Unfortunately, it only makes your clothes damp and leaves wrinkles. Don't waste your money on this product.

Steamer CHI - Garment Steamers

Bought new but arrived in very used condition. It was dirty inside and there was dirt everywhere. I thought it would go by itself but needs to be clumsily hung. Bad design and very bad quality control. I would ditch it and look for something else. A few years ago I had a similar whirlpool device that I really liked. Eventually it broke and they don't make it anymore. I was hoping to be just as happy with this device, but unfortunately not.

Good idea. It could be better.

The idea is good, but it could be improved. The product can be lighter, especially when clothing and water are added. The water tank could have been bigger. In general, what is indicated - a blouse rises. Or pants. Separately. Attempting to add too many clothes leaves wet clothes. If the garment comes into contact with the inside of the bag, steam droplets will collect and cause water stains. I tried the tablecloth and it was dirty. There is no telescopic pole, but there is a top hook.

The steamer is of very poor quality. Then the lid of the water tank broke.

Purchased the steamer on March 12, 2018. Very poor quality steamer. The lid of the water tank broke after 4 months. The steamer can no longer be used. Despite the fact that the appliance is still under warranty, neither Revain nor the manufacturer can be held responsible for this problem. waste of money. I would never give a buy recommendation. Especially the overseas shipping and import tax cost a lot of money and I paid $266.92 for everything.

one of the best investments i have made!

Don't know what all the bad reviews are about! This is my first review of the Revain, simply because I feel like this device hasn't gotten the attention it deserves (and I spend a lot of money on Amazon!). I bought this unit primarily to save money on my dry cleaning. I used to spend about $40-50 a month on dry cleaning. I use multiple shirts for work and need a way to reduce that bill so I bought this device. A few things to note: - It's NOT the quality of the cleaning (and I totally agreeโ€ฆ

That's exactly what I wanted.

I once owned a Whirlpool fabric freshener and it was the best home appliance I have ever bought. The Chi doesn't quite live up to that standard, but is a suitable replacement as Whirlpool units have been discontinued. First, stop talking about wrinkles. It's not a flat iron, it doesn't magically erase wrinkles. Steaming can reduce wrinkles, but there is no substitute for ironing, especially on cotton garments. I wanted a device that I could use to freshen up my clothes when you get home andโ€ฆ
