🎨 Chromaflo 830-2009 Cal-Tint II 16oz Raw Umber Colorants Review

Works great for what I needed it for. I already have a few drops to darken the color. A little more or less depending on what I want. I'll buy more if needed.

the shadow is awesome. I had 5 gallons of white paint left that I wanted to go gray. A few jets of black lamp and I have exactly the color I needed. I wish I had discovered this earlier.

2 teaspoons paint 5 gallons clear coat for a great decking or fence color. We used 1/2 raw umber and 1/2 raw ochre. I look forward to mixing other colors for other projects. Note: If using this in oil, mix it with acetone first. Then it mixes well. Otherwise you will have lumps. Mixing it the day before also helps a lot.

This line of products gives me the flexibility to use water or oil based systems on job sites. repair projects. Consistent, intensive, easy to use. Added to glaze, base paint or varnish. Gives the painter the opportunity to prepare on site.

These are incredible products. Several tint colors have been ordered and are in use, the colors are true and easy to use, especially in small batches. Simply refer to the color mixing chart/table and add your desired color to the neutral base. These foundation tinting concentrates saved a lot of time and money. Highly recommended.

I used an entire bottle of Raw Sienna to touch up a 5 gallon can of white floor paint. With this ratio, a golden yellow color was obtained. We were looking for more tan so we also bought a Raw Umber tint and used half a bottle of the tint to get just the right shade. Very happy with the quality of the tint and how it gave us the perfect shade!

The product was exactly what we needed. We needed to paint the ceiling in our unfinished basement, and we decided to mix all of the leftover paint to get it finished, leaving us with five gallons of a very ugly pinkish gray. To get a shade of gray you need to use a color inversion and mix them together, and the pink-grey inversion is green - not exactly as green, but good enough. So we mixed them up and got a much nicer shade of gray with a hint of green - perfect and way better for a basement…
