Ideal for jumping in puddles

These pants are perfect for toddlers who like to splash in puddles but don't like getting wet. They have 3 pockets for collecting treasure, an elastic waistband so they can put them on and off themselves, and an adjustable velcro strap at the bottom to secure the legs around wellies. My only negative comment is that they are a bit tight in the waist for my little one. He also doesn't wear husky sizes.

Pros
  • My daughter wears it to school and it fits well and is comfortable.
Cons
  • Pants under this pants got wet in the rain

So far so good: my review

So far these have been great pants for my little one's mud season. they hold up well. They won't last forever but I think my baby will outgrow them as they wear out. You won't survive to pass me on. I love Velcro pants. I wear them snugly over wellies and they keep my little one's feet dry and protected from mud. We are very dirty, wet and dirty where we live.

Pros
  • They fit as expected and work well for staying dry.
Cons
  • Not waterproof! Waterproof, yes. But don't expect the baby to be dry.

NOT SNOW PANTS: my rating

It may have been a mistake on my part for not understanding, but these pants are NOT lined! They are very thin and not warm at all. They're more like raincoats. I bought these thinking they were winter pants and my son needed to wear multiple layers underneath to keep warm. I ordered too close to our trip otherwise I would have returned them for something else. If you don't need warmth these are good pants as they don't let moisture through.

Pros
  • Thin. Good to wear over pants. These are not winter pants, but a light raincoat.
Cons
  • The product wasn't what I expected.

Works perfectly! in my rating

The children sat in the water and stayed dry. Easy to put on and take off over shoes. Ordered 4T for my twins, 34 and 37 pounds. They hold up well even on skinny children. Much easier than those full body raincoats.

Pros
  • Gray sweatpants! Works well in the rain and keeps me dry. The large size fits me well.
Cons
  • I bought this for my 4 year old son... he is 3ft 4 36 inches but this size is still too small for him... and he is so skinny...

Came back but same brand jacket was great!

I'm actually sending them back, they were too long for my daughter. However, we had a raincoat of the same brand and material that did an excellent job of keeping them dry without overheating them.

Pros
  • Saved my kid from getting wet while camping. Worked great.
Cons
  • These are huge! 2 sizes larger. And they're just a lining that donates zero warmth.

Windbreakers are good for me

Super thin, no heat. If you are looking for Colombian windbreakers for your kids then this is the one for you. Keep shopping when it's cold and snowing.

Pros
  • Quality pants, my 5 year old loves them. We wanted something that could accommodate two children. You seem promising!
Cons
  • The trousers are too long for the child. 3

Waterproof. They did their job!

These pants are worn over jeans or sweatpants. They are waterproof. They were comfortable. Bought for grandkids and they wore it over their sweatpants/jeans to go sledding, tubing and playing in the snow. Definitely recommend. Goods in size. They definitely did their job.

Pros
  • Available in different sizes and colors for every taste
Cons
  • Pants may not be stylish enough

Great rain pants in my review.

The perfect pant for the Washington Street Kid! Easy on and off with an adjustable leg strap to tighten around your boots, great pants for puddle sweaters!

Pros
  • Durable nylon webbing resists tearing and abrasion.
Cons
  • Pants may not be suitable for formal occasions.

Stay dry! good for me

My son's daycare runs outside and these pants passed the rain test. They fit over his normal trousers and underneath he is dry. Slightly damp ankles where the water must have seeped into his boots, next time I'll tighten the velcro on the hem.

Pros
  • Reinforced knees and seat increase strength and durability
Cons
  • It can be difficult to combine pants with other clothes.

Waterproof, durable

Nothing special. Very durable, very waterproof and they wash pretty well. Bought them because I knew they were too big. He grew into them in December and grew out of them in May. They look just as good now as they did six months ago during outdoor breaks in the rain and snow.

Pros
  • Side pockets provide convenient storage for small items
Cons
  • Pants may not be suitable for all weather conditions.

They seem to be doing their job

Bought in 3T and XS for my large 2YO and small 6YO. Easily pulls over pants and if they use the velcro at the bottom it seems to work well to keep legs and pants dry. The XS is quite large for a 6 year old (42 lbs, 19 inches, waist, 46 inches, height). They stay on the legs when wearing the pants but are long in the inseam so when the velcro is not in use they drag on the floor and are already showing wear on the cuffs. The point was to buy something to grow into and it looks like they will…

Pros
  • My granddaughter wears snow pants and keeps them warm.
Cons
  • Not as a textile material, but as a plastic bag. Very disappointed !

So versatile! good for me

That is so cool. I didn't know what I was missing, I'm so glad I finally found out about waterproof pants and bought a pair for my daughter! We live in the desert so I didn't think rain pants would be such a good investment but decided to buy a pair when planning a trip to the Oregon coast in October. They showed BEAUTIFUL protection from sand and water. No problem until grandpa took her outside to throw some energy in the sand and pulled his pants around her wellies. Sealing is important and…

Pros
  • Easy to put on and take off, even for small children
Cons
  • Pants may not be suitable for dirty activities.

Received a used item

Received a dirty item. I can tell that it is a used item not only by the stain, but also by the Velcro, which looks worn and covered with colorful tangles. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Fits well, there is room for trousers at the bottom. The ground stayed dry due to heavy rain and pounding in puddles.
Cons
  • Pants may be too long for some babies.

Fits my 32 year old female body

I bought these for myself, a 32 year old woman, to use as winter pants in the winter (knowing I would need an insulating layer under my pants) and waterproof pants the rest of the year. I bought size XL not knowing what size I would be in boys sizes and they fit great!

Pros
  • The elastic waistband ensures a comfortable fit
Cons
  • Pants may not be worth the price

Perfect protection from rain on the beach on a cold rainy day.

It kept my kids warm and didn't complain about the humidity while I explored the wintry seafront. That made the journey home more pleasant than usual.

Pros
  • The solid color design makes it a versatile addition to any child's wardrobe.
Cons
  • Pants may not be suitable for active children.

Overall good - my new review

I bought XL. I have size 2 for women. I'm 5'2" and 118 lbs. My hips at their widest point are 38 inches. They fit, but they're too long for me (I'll just tuck them in my boots). And they're a little tight in the butt ( they're made for 14 year old boys so that's understandable lol).Overall I'm happy with my purchase. My booty definitely wouldn't fit in a large one.If they can't handle the rain this weekend I'll update.

Pros
  • I'm a 5ft 115lb female and they fit great. I layered underneath and still had room to stretch. Good for hiking.
Cons
  • The pants were definitely waterproof but the material was very thin and not durable at all, play an hour and the pants were torn.

Not just for toddlers

I bought these rain pants hoping the product description was wrong, which it is. They're not just for kids. I bought a medium size and it fits my son who wears boy size 10-12. Great for rain.

Pros
  • The medium fits my 10 year old son and protects him from the rain and while fishing. Not warm but can be layered.
Cons
  • Didn't keep my child dry at an outdoor school on a rainy Oregon spring.

Waterproof! to my rating.

Large! On a long wet hike, my pants stayed dry! Ordered L and XL for woman 5'5 125lbs, both fit but left XL because I might fit layers underneath.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor play
Cons
  • Pants can shrink when washed

Not very waterproof / disappointed

I was very disappointed in the quality of these pants, after 2 washes the seams stopped sticking. Not waterproof at all! My child goes to a forest kindergarten and needs a good waterproofing. Did you end up buying Danish overalls that work much better? (Ce La Vie I think) It's probably ok for walking in the rain, but not for hardcore rain/creek gaming.

Pros
  • Can be worn as a layered item or as separate pants.
Cons
  • Pants may not be of very good quality.

Good price! good for me

These are great raincoats. They fit my kids as expected and can be worn over other pants as long as they aren't too bulky. The price is great, especially for Colombia.

Pros
  • Adjustable cuffs keep snow and dirt out of the shoe.
Cons
  • Special washing instructions may be required for trousers.
