Pretty easy to use and there is a noticeable color difference comparing before and after photos but I haven't noticed that much of a difference without photos. Be sure to take before and after photos, otherwise you won't notice the changes. Would use again but not sure if it works better with light or if the strips alone give the same results.

Whitened my teeth very well caused a lot of sensitivity which sucked and the battery ran out in the light and eventually it stopped beeping and I just gave up trying to find batteries for it , but there is no way to open the light

I noticed results after using the 1st 2 times. Make sure to use Sensodyne toothpaste for a few days before using the white strips as you may experience some discomfort - also do not brush the front of your teeth the next day as your gums will be very sensitive (this will in about a day)
