Excellent customer service

This is my 3rd CTLamp purchase and I am getting enough hours from these lamps. Fit and brightness are excellent and comparable to the original JVC lamp. Customer service is excellent. They took care of me when I had a little problem.

Lasted 3 months, then broke. Guarantee people are however approachable.

Purchased in December 2019. In March 2020, the lamp inside the projector failed prematurely. On the positive side, the warranty specialists were quick to respond and will replace it for free. UPDATE: I received a new bulb in the mail from the company.

Fits perfectly, lights up like a factory lamp

Took the opportunity and bought this lamp to replace the original JVC lamp for the JVC DiLA HD-1 (RS-1 in the US). When the lamp arrived I carefully compared it to the JVC lamp and although the quality of the fittings was much cheaper the dimensions were identical. It took 30 seconds to swap out the bulb and it just stood up with no issues. It's been on the lamp for over 200 hours now and so far I haven't seen any color temperature issues or hot spots.
