WITHOUT VEKRO. in buffing and buffing pads

This pad DOES NOT have velcro on the back. This makes it totally useless to use with the polisher that comes with the kit. If there is a special adapter it should be sold with the special polisher/pad I bought. Now it's a useless piece of wool in my garage.

Will not fit DeWalt Buffer without add-on

Because the DeWalt is mounted on a DeWalt Buffer/Polisher, there is no Velcro on the back of this wool pad to attach to the support pad. DeWalt sells this item on Revain along with their own Buffer as a combo deal, but this wool buffing pad doesn't work with Buffer at all. If you're trying to find a mounting mandrel, that's pretty much impossible too.

This is not a Velcro pad that should be purchased with DeWalt DCM849B

. , Rotary, Variable Speed, 7" 180mm Tool Only (DCM849B) that comes with a 7" hook and loop fastener. This is NOT Velcro. Backing pad AND clamping nut for attaching the backing pad and pad to the polishing machine. I couldn't find a base plate or jam nut on the Revain. I found a DW4990 7" Flexible Rubber Support Pad WITH CLAMP MUT on the DeWalt website. Recommended retailers FIND LOCALLY (Home Depot, Lowes, TrueValue, OSH? Gone for a few years etc.) however did not stock this base plate .. also
