🧼 Dove Body Wash: Visibly Smoother Skin, Gentle Exfoliation, & Antibacterial Nourishment – 22 oz, 2 Count Review

I love this product but since using it my skin is more flaky than ever. Since I apply lotion after my shower, I suspect Dove Body Wash leaves a residue that flakes off over the course of the day. The fragility is annoying. I see it on my clothes and wipe it off all the time. Unfortunately it is too late for a return. It goes in the trash.

I finally opened a bottle of two packs that I bought recently. The contents of the bottle were different than what I had just emptied. This body wash usually contains blue exfoliating crystals. This one was just completely white with a different consistency. I hope it was just a manufacturing defect and it was regular Dove shower gel in a bottle because there is no security seal on the bottle. The second bottle in the pack was the same. I will discard these bottles and try new ones.

I have oily skin, but I have had pimples and blackheads on my skin for years. The oils got into my pores and created bumps that left scars. After a few weeks of using this product, my skin began to experience balanced sebum production. After about two months I saw no bumps or blackheads. My hyperpigmentation is gone too.

Wow, that's something I haven't bought in the past and I don't like it. Those little blue beads are gone and I think they changed the scent. It's still a decent soap but sorry I took two bottles. I'll never understand why manufacturers do this - to me it's like trying to replace classic colas with new colas. So I would not recommend this product at the moment.

I don't think this is from the real Dove. One of this company says it's a "body gel". The store bought one (on the right) labeled "shower gel". The content of the left one is more blue while the real one is more white. The smell is also slightly different.
