This little ball is amazing. I dance a lot of salsa and also live in a city where I walk a lot so my feet usually hurt most of the day. The Foot Rubz is a great piece to have in your dance or work bag. It gives instant relief to tired, aching feet and I don't want to be without it anymore. I bought 3 packs so I have one everywhere I need it.

I have larger versions of these balls and love them. I was on a trip abroad and wanted to take a smaller version with me. They are cool. I have severe hip, lower abdomen and leg pain. I often sit on them or use them for my hips/lower back. Really big and perfect for traveling. I have used them on my back, neck. Chapter. hands-legs. I love her. If they were a bit sharper like my big massage balls I would love them even more but they do a lot of good! If I could find some small spikes I would buy
