Bought for making DIY van cabinets. Easy installation according to instructions. One slider had a broken tab that engages the soft-close cylinder. Customer service sent another pair without returning 6 pairs. Very happy with the slides and customer service.

I did not receive an adjustable latch, rear mounting brackets, mounting screws, or installation instructions. Only slides are included. I will not order anymore. I'll just bite the bullet and go with Bloom knowing I got what I paid for.

Whoever invented them is my new favorite human. Easy installation, no hassle! Good slide, easy to close. Why didn't I use them sooner? We started making custom cabinets and use these brackets/rails exclusively. We've saved hours of work and our customers love them.

Replacing the old roller tracks on my cabinets was an easy job. The only minor catch was that the front mounting clips are cheap plastic. They have an odd pattern/drill angle which was annoying when pre-drilling.

Four of the five pairs I received had an incorrectly installed closer plunger which caused the closer to not work and required the drawer to be pulled out the last inch Made of clear plastic at the end of the plunger there is a guide pin sticking out which should be outside of the gray plastic, not inside. I used a flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the gray plastic and twist the latch into place. If the guide pin is outside, the cushioning may be working properly.

I bought a set first to see if it was worth it. They were easy to install and worked great. Then I ordered two sets of 6 pieces. The first set of six arrived and half the slides didn't work, after reading the reviews I learned how to fix them. Unfortunately the two plastic locks do not work, the box they were in was crushed by the latches. All of the hooks on the back of the rails holding the shelf were bent, as were a couple of the brackets, but I was able to bend them back without breaking…

I bought this to replace a broken pair of non-DTC gliders. They fit in the same screw holes as me. replaced. However, the rear mount is different. My original rear mount is plastic but allows for side to side movement. This means that if the mount isn't perfectly parallel, the movement will correct it. The original bracket also fits into two holes in the back of the case. The arm of this product is metal but does not move from side to side. That is, if the mount is not perfectly positioned, the
