I was happy when I received it. I've used it about 3 times after figuring out how to turn it on and off and how to clean it. By the fourth time I used it, it was DEAD. I've tried new batteries but I get no response. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Oh I love this little device! He needs a battery (no big deal, just a warning). It works better than I expected and I'm very happy with it! I hated using a razor - I always cut myself! .but this razor left my skin smooth and brushed everything off easily. I'll need to use it more often, but it doesn't matter compared to how much I feared and hated using the straightedge. I highly recommend it.

I had doubts about this product but as it was relatively cheap I bought it. I'm tired of pulling my hair out of my face every day and I hate going to the salon to let my face grow out. This little device gives an incredibly close shave and doesn't irritate my skin. It's also painless - doesn't pull hair, doesn't overheat and is very easy to clean. My skin is very smooth now and it takes me about 15 seconds every morning to apply. I'm so glad I bought it.

This product did not remove hair easily or well. I only have light peach down, which shouldn't have been a huge problem with this product. However, I have found myself running over the same area of my face multiple times and trying multiple angels with little positive result. The instrument itself felt unreliable in my hand and difficult to clean. I bought the cheaper one that my daughter recommended and really liked it.
