Head too big for an Arabian and ears too small

I have her horse's size for my Morgan and it works great. The Arabian size is a bit big, except for the ears that are too short. I have been using this fly mask for several years now and am very happy with it. It offers good coverage and lasts well. The "snap mechanism" allows you to make it smaller or larger as needed. The only problem is that I have a small quarter horse, so his head is a bit smaller than that of a "regular" horse. It's too big for an Arabic mask. Shocking! Farnum Arabian Mask is manufactured with a serious defect after 25 years of use, does not fit
