These LEAKS are required for A/C Line Repair Tools

They just lick. The valves are not of the quality that came with the original Firestone pneumatic kits. This brass flow. I cut the hose perfectly and pushed it all the way in, but air comes out as shown by spraying soapy water on it.

Pros
  • Hands-Free Operation
Cons
  • Socket

Good seal - A/C line repair tools

So far I've only used air fittings. I replaced the 17 year old originals by cutting a small line and snapping them into place. The bags currently hold 2,800 pounds. at 50 to 65 psi for several days with no leaks. I'll wait until it gets colder to replace the rest of the plumbing and fittings.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Almost OK

Can't take pressure

Carefully installed as I didn't want to crawl under my truck more than once. With use it loses half the pressure overnight and after two days. As I normally only need pressure for 24-48 hours at a time I live with that as I still don't want to crawl under my truck AGAIN! However, be careful with the buyer. Even if it's supposed to be good, it can leak out to you.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Good but not great

Excellent replacement for damaged lines.

I needed an air duct after my pockets deflated due to a flat tire. OEM parts and fir are excellent. Comes with everything you need to swap out fittings and install new plumbing. The lines can be difficult to remove if they have been there for several years like mine. Using a size 7 wrench, I pulled the retaining ring and the hose came out. The new lines went in without any problems and work perfectly.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It would be great, if.

I purchased a 2012 Firestone Air Line repair kit to reroute and repair a failed onboard airbag compressor on my van. All was going well until I filled my pockets with 70 pounds of air and licked them down overnight. After carefully examining the kit I installed and the lines, I finally found a 3-way tee that was leaking at one outlet. It won't fix it. After getting the tick I went to Home Depot and bought a 1/4" quick slip TEE for the water pipe, it worked great the first time. I didn't…

Pros
  • Quality construction

  • Nothing
