It worked perfectly! I liked that it was a bit larger in diameter, my original warped a bit so the slow trickle caused the toilet to leak often. It was very easy to install.

Quality product but didn't fit I needed 2 inches not 3 inches. Very soft material, unlike the usual replacement I had to buy as the toilet flush stopped working. Will buy the right size to have on hand for the next flush '-)

3" size is misleading. They are larger than the ones I have in my toto bowl and they have a 3" diameter valve throughout. It is 4" overall, including the rim that sits on top of the bowl. But 3" in my opinion refers to the size of the outlet, not the entire valve. Sorry, too late to return.

Works. Ease of installation. I matched the number in the tank. The two ends just slipped off. I connected the chain to itself to get it the right length. Just five minutes. I don't trust Toto toilet balls after swapping out two of them and wasting countless gallons of water. I suspect that this softer material will not be phased out anytime soon.

I figured I could save some money so I bought this toilet flap instead of the Toto brand. It was a real pain for me to put it on but once it was on it worked fine. However, if I buy it again at the expense of MY TIME, I will probably buy this brand again. Please note: I'm not a handyman, but I do make simple repairs at home.

I've revised my (2) TOTO's several times this year. TOTO specific things seem to work better. I just changed the gasket (Toto flush valve gasket 9BU002E) and thought I might add a baffle as well. So, everything works, there are no leaks. It seems I try to save a few bucks on other things and end up doing it again. with TOTO material. I am a "normal" customer of TOTO spare parts.

This toilet seat worked much better than the universal seat I first installed on my Toto toilet which kept leaking water. However, unlike the original damper that has served us well for 16 years, this damper requires a gentle touch to achieve full flushing. If you either press too gently or hold the pin for too long, not enough water will flow to completely flush out the solids or toilet paper. As a result, you'll need to do a few resets to get everything right.

If you have a flow-through toilet, very often it's a flap. But before you buy it, you need to know the model of the toilet. You can find it by lifting the lid over the toilet tank and you will see the model printed inside in black ink. Then get a replacement with the correct model number for your TOTO. The damper's two rubber feet sit on a short plastic rod and are easy to remove, as is the chain attached to the toilet handle extension. A new damper is replaced and the length of the chain…

This damper didn't work with Toto's toilet. I ordered based on the information listed under the cover. It says return is ok as long as it hasn't been used. To know if it's leaking or not, you need to install it. It's a period leak! For me this experience was frustrating so I searched and found a generic valve from Toto and not a third party valve, it costs more but you get what you pay for. The damper from Toto worked great. It doesn't work for me and I can't return it, hence the one star…
