Great eco-friendly cat litter

These pellets are made from recycled newspaper. It's odorless. Good absorbency. Larger granules that make the tray easier to clean.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Pretty good replacement for yesterday's news

Got this as a replacement for yesterday's obsolete news. It works very well, but like everything else, it takes some getting used to.

Absorbent and low-dust

Odorless granulated paper, absorbent and hygienic. I use it in bedroom litter boxes, especially for my older cat who needs special care. They don't dust much, which is good news for me.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Absorbing urine in trash and home theft

This product replaces Purina Yesterdays News Product is ok. It doesn't absorb urine smell as well as Yesterdays News which I loved and needed because I have asthma and can't use other brands of dust-raising fillers. So I placed charcoal absorbers in the bathroom, which first have to be activated by exposing the bags to the sun for a few hours. I still wish they had never stopped producing Yesterday's News. It was such a great product.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Good but not great

This litter saved my life!

I have 11 cats and live in a camp all the time. They are outside most of the day. But it was still a big task every day. This throw revolutionized our approach! I just clean out the big piles daily, it's a lot easier than other junk, scoop out the wet junk every 5 days and fill up, then throw away the swamp after about 3 weeks. For those looking for the right size bucket I found the following in Tractor Supply and bought 2 because it's easier to use one to fit the balls in the otherโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Good replacement for yesterday's messages

The order page says '4 pounds' but the bags I received were 12 pounds each so the price per pound is a bit high but not so bad. My rescued cat had its claws removed when we received it from SPCA. Their front paws are very sensitive and this granular bedding is just right for them. It is odorless but appears to have a slight ammonia odor and traceability. It holds just like Yesterday's News. The granules are partially broken down in the urine, but for the comfort of my kitty, it's worth it. When

Excellent Excellent Excellent!

This is a very good/great replacement for Yesterday's News cat litter which often sells out. I had no choice but to try something different. I wanted something similar, made from recycled paper, without perfume. My fat little girl (cat) has asthma and loves to dig, fold and rearrange and scatter around for ages. So if the litter is dusty and fragrant, she will start coughing. Yesterday's news smells like newspapers with fresh ink. Fresh News smells similar but lighter. "Breaking News" isโ€ฆ

Not a perfect replacement for Yesterday's News but does the job

This review is written by a longtime Yesterday's New customer who is hoping to find a replacement now that it is being discontinued. First, the quantity you get from Amazon is broken. The 4 pound option is actually a 12 pound bag. I have no idea what that's all about. Buy it from Chewy to avoid the seller's markup here at Revain as the price has doubled since they announced they were no longer publishing yesterday's news. noticeable differences. Although it is very absorbent, most of the urineโ€ฆ
