So it's not an expensive sweeper, but it looks like it will get the job done. When I cut it to fit my door (which it's supposed to be for) I found that the bristles weren't glued in any way. They got bent around the wire in the reamer (hard to explain) and started flying out when cut. How painful! Got it with fancy pliers to hold it in place, but I wouldn't buy it again.

This item reduces drafts under your front door by approximately 90%. We didn't want a rubber seal - we like the brush concept because it allows for some airflow (houses need to breathe too!). I bought this item because my apartment door had a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor of the floor.
