Good balance between comfort and protection. They might not protect you from a hard hit, but with normal wear and tear and to avoid scratches and bruises, they're pretty damn good! I would rather these than bulky and uncomfortable ones that I never want to wear. UPDATE: I ended up sending them back. If you live in the Midwest with high humidity and 100 degree weather, it's very hot here! I couldn't take the heat from them. If you live in a cooler area, they will serve you well.

Be sure to go up a size if your 2 measurements mean you're between sizes. I'm glad I did because one size smaller would never fit. G Form Pro x2 Elbow Pads are lightweight and comfortable. I like fabric. I don't have muscular arms so the double taping stays in place at the top of the sleeve.
