Seat and ladder work well. There is a gap between the seat and the toilet seat, and the grandson seems to find this gap when he urinates.

The chair was easy to assemble and very cute. At 2 years old it was no longer stable in use and the foam seat cushion came loose at the seam. I liked the ease of use, compact design, and portability, but for the reasons listed above, the product was returned.

When my son sits on the potty, his ass falls through. I bought a potty from Walmart to put on top for comfort! If you've ever trained your child to be potty trained, you know how important it is for them to feel secure while sitting on the potty, and this seat alone won't provide that!

I love the product. Very easy to assemble. I have two suggestions. Increase the size of the assembly instructions to make the printout larger and easier to read. Add a splash guard to keep the boys from splashing between the toilet seat and rim. I modified with a piece of plastic from a milk jug and attached it to the new seat rim with double sided tape.
