GoodUp helped us connect and collaborate internally

The platform is easy enough so anyone can use it without having any previous experience or training needed! I like how you have multiple ways of setting up your page (and even making changes later). It's also super user friendly which makes things easier when trying to get people onboarded quickly with this new tool/platform. There really isn't anything about goodUP in particular - but rather just using an online community as part of our work culture overall. Having something where we could…

Great for recognizing employees, and increasing engagement

I like how easy it is compared with traditional systems of employee recognition or reward programs - you can do so much through this! The ability to customize each level/category also makes things easier than if they were just left as "standard". It's nice being able to send an email out at any time in place where we have our system set up (ease), but not having access during specific hours would be helpful when sending something big throughout all levels within work units / teams etc. This…

  • Limited use options while using mobile apps due lackof connectivity.

Great People, Strong Values Alignment and Room For Improvement

I appreciate how well thought out our team is in terms of its values alignment with ours at good up! The fact we've been able to grow together as partners has also made it very easy so far - which makes me feel even better about what they're doing every day!! Great tool that works great between coworkers

It is easy to use and it's free! I like how you can create multiple groups of people by using different roles or departments in your organization as well as assign tasks and projects to them. You can also share files with others through SharePoint (or OneDrive) so everyone has access at once. The platform feels outdated and doesn't have all the features we need such as integration with Salesforce or Slack - but those things will come eventually. Try out the trial version first before…

GoodUp is a great platform for engagement with employees

The ability of their system is so amazing! Easy onboarding process with many useful modules and tools which can be accessed at every location without an internet connection or any mobile device. There's not much I dislike about this platform, but we could make a better experience for newcomers since they need some training first time when they log in for the 1st/2nd time (or even third). A useful application that will help keep your teams organized

Like all good tools, it helps you create better processes. It enables us to see our day-to-day activities in one place. It's not fully automated so we still need some manual effort of sending tasks from one project to another but with this tool at hand, we can do it easily. I don't have anything to mind about this tool as such. It is an excellent tool for those who want to manage projects efficiently. The free version is just great. Nice software that helped me run successful interactive learning sessions

The flexibility in making plans with multiple attendees is really nice! Having to go through some initial training was annoying, but it did get better as things went along. Sometimes you can't send out reminders or notifications when everyone leaves your event - so I would maybe have liked if there was something we could do about this. There were issues with getting credit card payment made at times of the events. Good experience overall though! It helps us understand what our peers/colleagues…
