    Cuts perfect threads.

I loved that they did exactly what I needed!. And this is a re-carving on some of the black iron pipes that had to be cut. Take your time and it will do what you want too!

Cheap but works - Threaded die

One of the grooves broke on first use. Torn off some of the existing threads on the tube I cut. Still works and does not leak after installation. So you really can't complain about the price.

    Pros
    • Threaded die
    Cons
    • So far so good

EVEN IF I JUST USE IT ONCE I SAVE ALL MY MONEY

I used this to cut new threads on a 1/2 brass nipple that I need to trim down to an odd size and it just worked Great. Before I bought it, I noticed that some of the cutting edges were broken off. I have been using taps and dies for over 30 years and have never had a tool break or become damaged with normal use. Almost everyone knows how to be liberal with cutting oil or kerosene, but I'm surprised a lot of people don't realize that when you're cutting, you should back off about every quarter…

    Pros
    • Cutting Tools
    Cons
    • Could have chosen a newer model
