Lid does not align. Everything is assembled according to the instructions but the lid sits an inch or two to the side. It's visible and it's driving me crazy! But returning such a large item would be a hassle, so I didn't. It's beautiful and has plenty of storage space. I was looking for something to sit on. I weigh 150 pounds and have sat on it several times, but it doesn't look like a bench. I wouldn't recommend more weight.

Well when it arrived it was a lot more fragile than I expected. Not very durable at all. Actually plastic. The plastic hooks to attach the lid are awful and all my fingers were bleeding before I put them on. It's definitely roomy! I bought this to store all my patio gardening essentials and my daughter's toys outside. It's definitely bigger than I realized from the photo. Wow, I definitely measured beforehand, the actual product was just bigger than expected. It's pretty sturdy and very roomy.
