I like that we can see what our employees are doing at any given moment by using this system as it is easy to use for all levels of users (from entry level up through senior management). There isn't much about this program which i dislike but if there was something specific then maybe others would benefit too so perhaps try another one out first before deciding whether or not this works well with your business needs?
