The filter system is great. It has reduced the sediment in my water system as well as making the water taste better.I had an issue with one of the canisters. It froze and cracked due to the cold. I reached out the there support to a request a new canister. Sean replied very quickly and help get me a replacement it a timely manner. The product is well worth the price and their support is very responsive.

I installed this filtration system almost two years ago and have changed filters a couple times with no issues. Was easy enough to put in if you have an idea what you're doing to some degree. I'm using it as a pre softener filter. It's been working as expected. Keep track of water usage and change filters as needed, no problems. You'll see what its doing when you make the filter swap. I knew in advance this system does not come terminated on the input and output so I put on my own fittings. Pretty good product for the price. I have the 50 micron pre sediment filter before the main 2 stage filter with carbon and the iron filter. What is best about the product is the customer service. I gave it a 4 star rating because although it’s a good product I wish there was a small change done to this unit.The main housing cracked on the outlet side causing a small leak I believe it was my fault (overtorqued). When I opened the package I I was plesently surprized, this filtration system is very well built. I did not experience any noticible loss of water pressure with the 1" thread IN/OUT. I used pex and sharkbites all aournd and everything is working great. I think the big filter catriges should last at least 6 months to a year.Great value!
