We recently bought a house with a pedestal on the top level that has spindles on both sides. My 4 and 6 year olds are fine with this and don't bother me (too much). The product arrived on time. However, I only opened the box a few days later when we wanted to mount it on the railing. The zippers described were not included, as was the hole punch. We didn't have time to return the item as we had already picked up our new kitten. So we went to the store to buy these items. Didn't see a way to contact seller as I want a partial refund for items not included and need to run out and buy them. Had the items described been included this would have been a 5 star…

Before we bought our home, I didn't realize that the upstairs railings no longer encoded the width between the railings.
