Hello. So the lower holder of the cradle is adjustable up and down. I have a Galaxy S20 Ultra, a big phone. When I first set up my device, the green light in the bottom right corner lit up but didn't turn blue, indicating the phone was charging. After some googling I found that the phone should be aligned over the wireless charger. in a pretty specific way to make it work.
