Armrest cutouts. Everything else seems fine

The product came in the most battered holey box I've ever seen. Opened and cracks in the armrest. For something this expensive, I'd have to tape the armrest with heavy-duty tape. Unacceptable, going back

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Secret

They are well made and work as they should!

These chairs are excellent and better than I expected. They fit great, are strong and have latches on the frame to prevent accidental collapse when boating or other uses are required! I highly recommend!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Very disappointed! in Boat Cabin Products

The chair had a decent cushion and solid frame, but the armrests were too short and there was too much plastic on them. The seat had a big gap in the back, it seemed like you could fall through, but only because of the gap in the backrest. I sent it back but it was half the cost of the chairs! You had to pay for the return shipping. I will never do business with them again!

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • So-so

good chair Worst packaging ever.

Chairs are supplied in one piece. The boxes were damaged like others but I was lucky the chairs are fine. But if you pack honestly, you have to look for another job. They wrapped each piece in plastic and then assembled the chair. So apart from 30 minutes to take the chair out of the box, there are small pieces of plastic between the parts and under the screws. The only way to get rid of them is to disassemble the chair, which seems risky with this product. Also, it's made in China. Butโ€ฆ

Very sturdy and well built

Very good, comfortable and durable chair. Haven't used it on the boat yet but very well in the living room! It seems expensive, but it's comparable to similar chairs. The only complaint so far is with the packaging and packaging. The chair tubes were wrapped in a thin plastic sleeve BEFORE assembly. It's not fun at all to try to pull it off. We are 20 minutes for two. The box it was in fell apart with no additional protection other than the clear plastic on the pipes. Should have taken photosโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Fits

You get what you pay for

These chairs are affordable. I have 2 complaints. One of the chairs came with a slightly bent part. Since the shipping box was undamaged, I can only assume that someone at the factory doesn't care about the quality of their work. I had to partially disassemble the chair to straighten the part. Another issue is the plastic they wrap around each piece of aluminum tubing. This is totally unnecessary and it took 15 minutes to remove each stool. Some of them are located under the device and cannotโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • A little complicated

Great chair, comfy...but packaging...still 5 stars

I'd like to start by repeating almost all of the comments about plastic packaging on tubular frames. It's really annoying. Yes, these tubes are boxed before the chair is assembled. However, I understand why they do it... the tubes are easily scratched by other metal objects, and they come in a box with no seals, just wrapped in a large plastic bag. If the pipes were not wrapped, the pipes would most likely be scratched during assembly. It's not the best way to package a cane chair, but it'sโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
