Not original, without seal

The lid was not complete. It probably wouldn't have mattered if he really had a seal, but there was no seal. Does not look like an original product. Seller is Gold Label LLC.

  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • There are defects

it's a bit messy to use, you have to.

a bit messy to use, you have to use your hands to spread the product properly but after 24 hours of mixing with a cleaner, wow, it really removes dirt, oil and other contaminants. Leather seat stuff. It cleans and nourishes the skin very well. I've already bought several bottles.

Best used in interior care for many years

I have been using Leatherique for at least 25 years. In my opinion, my leather seats are as good as new, if not better. I tried it on a 25 year old leather sofa. The skin was tough/tenacious. After one use (I applied it heavily and let it sit for a few days, reapplied where it absorbed and looked dry) the difference is truly amazing. I think it will take a few more uses next year to get what it needs, but I don't know of any other product that works as well.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Compatibility

This product is amazing. I read many reviews and did a lot of research before deciding how to treat my leather seats. This one takes a different approach and emerges as the winner. I have treated two aniline leather sofas with it (lots of work) and a 10 year old driver's seat; both times the results were readily apparent. You have to understand that skin was once part of a living organism: the older it gets, the more it wears down. Nothing makes leather look as good as when it was first made…

Works well! in indoor care

This material is well suited for maintaining and/or restoring the skin's elasticity. I use it for car seats and some work boots. Twice a year maintenance keeps my black car seats in excellent condition - once in May and then again in December. I live in Southern California and go to the desert quite often; very dry. Follow the instructions, rub it with medical rubber gloves, hand or a sponge (the sponge holds a lot of oil, hands need to be washed well) and leave it in the sun of the car on the…

Counterfeit products are best for car detailing

I've been using Leatherique anti-aging oil on all three of my Acuras for about five years. I've always had great results and unfortunately this isn't one of them. I filed an annual claim and the preformatted parts of the leather seats became hard, crusty and basically ruined. This is my 4th or 5th time using their products. Someone on the BMW forum came across something similar and I suspect it's a fake being sold on Revain. I didn't photograph the old bottles, but my old ones had a black cap…

Extremely exceeds expectations

years (decades?) later, I decided to keep a short list of products that have so far performed beyond any reasonable expectations I had of them, that they are turn out to be magically made from alien technology or delivered from the future. One of them is the Leatherique anti-aging oil. Intensive use once or twice a year is enough to keep skin in perfect condition forever, as far as I can tell. Two years ago I sold a 25 year old car (Porsche) that had a full leather interior and I serviced it…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
