Veterinary Hospital Order

I work as an IT Specialist for a small veterinary hospital and we have ordered new reminder cards but they could not be printed on our existing machine. The value for money and the overall quality of the cards were so good, only slightly thinner than our previous providers, that it was worth looking for a new device. I did ALL the research to find a piece of equipment within our tiny budget that would stand up to the workout they give it. I installed this device on an XP peer to peer network…

I filled it up and it got better. Easy to set up and works like .

Lightweight but you'd expect it to be cheaply made at $100. The tray sometimes thinks there is no paper when it is not. I started with a few leaves so I'm pretty sure that's the problem. I filled it up and it got better. Easy to set up and works like a champ.

Lexmark knows how to make a great printer

This is my second Lexmark printer and the company never disappoints. What I like about his model is that it indicates when the toner cartridge is getting low or the imaging unit needs to be replaced. It prints crisp prints.

We've been using the Lexmark E260ds for a few years now and that's it.

We have been using the Lexmark E260ds for several years and this model seemed like a replacement as they had of course stopped making the other but after unboxing the two we chatted for over an hour Lexmark support and etc. Without getting the manual feeder to work I packed them both up and sent them back.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Poor performance

Perfect for our needs

We bought this printer to replace an old Lexmark laser printer that cost twice as much over 10 years ago. This printer surprised me with the quality and print quality. We also have a color printer, but mostly we need a black and white printer. In the long run, we save ink by using this printer with a large toner hopper. The only way!

Works well with office electronics

We used the Lexmark E260dn but Lexmark has discontinued it. This is the one we chose. At the moment we have 3 of them in operation and 6 months of intensive use. they hold up well. Toner is a bit more expensive, but that's what you get when you use a laser. Still cheaper than ink. I expect them to last a long time and be relatively hassle free. I currently have 2 more in my cart so thought I'd stop and write a review before checking out. A good product. Get one.
