These tools are indispensable when you have an aquarium with plants. Others say they rust easily. I dry mine after use and see no rust. The scissors are very sharp. Be careful with fish. The narrow end of the pad tool bent slightly when I tried to push the pad through about 2 inches. I won't do it again because I don't want to bend it any further and risk weakening the weld. I use angled tweezers every day. You are irreplaceable. A good tool set that I do not regret buying.

Great aquascaping tools! The scissors are sharp enough to make decent cuts on fairly thick plant stems. The tweezers are very easy to use. The spatula is long so it can easily flatten the backing in my 72 gallon 22 inch deep nose box. The tools are supplied in a non-sealable plastic bag. Buy a set that comes with a case or find one elsewhere. In my opinion, a case isn't worth the extra $5-10 that it would cost for another set here at Revain.

I bought these for a freshwater installation with plants and they work great. The scissors are not razor sharp but still work well and are a good length. The tweezers have a very good alignment and a groove in the grip area. I use angled tweezers for planting and have found the shrink wrap in the grip area is perfect for making it plant friendly.
