I used to have a magnetic mount but after I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iPhone 11 the magnet on my old phone wasn't strong enough to hold it your phone in place while you continue to charge wirelessly. So I got this one which works great as it doesn't need magnets to stay in place. The mount snaps onto the vent and then holds my phone and its durability seems good enough.
