Fantastic gloves! the best in my rating

My 12 year old LOVES these rackets! This is his first paddle that actually keeps his hands warm and dry and keeps the snow out. Big win!

    Pros
    • It's not fashionable, but it's great for cold days, for example: clearing snow, hiking.
    Cons
    • Buy something else, don't waste your money

I'm not sure about the cold/wind protection

I got it after winter as it was on sale. The only issue is the size, although they list it in the product description and go for the next size up.

    Pros
    • I really like the gloves, I even fell asleep in them, I didn't want to take them off, they make my hands beautiful.
    Cons
    • It didn't take long before he started tearing.

    Not the best for me

These gloves are fine if you're not digging with a shovel or digging a roof. After 2 socks and 2 blizzards from the roof these gloves started to tear at the seams on the fingers, peeled off and the black spot on the palm was half gone because the seams were unraveling there too. Gloves are probably good for things like building a snowman, sledding, or driving a car. In other words, not suitable for any work.

    Pros
    • Unbelievable for the price, can't wait to try it. I field
    Cons
    • Gloves may not provide adequate warmth in extreme cold.

There is no water resistance in my rating.

I saw their ad and gave them a chance. They are not waterproof. If they stay dry I think they're fine, but I use them for snow clearing and winter sports and they're not great.

    Pros
    • Excellent for the price
    Cons
    • Great looking gloves. Pretty warm. But the water seeps through after a little play with the snow.

    Great gloves for the price!

I bought these gloves for the winter in New York. Great gloves for the price. The fit was perfect, ordering is easy and delivered quickly. Warm and I liked the Velcro wrist closure and the tie over the wrist kept the snow out.

    Pros
    • Soft and warm inside, big, keeps hands dry.
    Cons
    • I measured and remeasured against the size chart and these gloves are WAY big. Thank you very much.

Very warm gloves! the best in my rating

These were my absolute favorite pair of stable gloves. I lost another pair and had to buy another because they keep my hands warm. I have Raynauds and they fit me! My other pair lasted two years without holes. I work a lot outside and chop firewood. The best gloves I've found so far!

    Pros
    • They look good and fit well.
    Cons
    • Gloves may not be strong enough for regular use.

    Back - my new review

Bought a pair for me and my husband. We live in the Midwest and it's pretty damn cold here. Those gloves didn't work very well. Our hands were still very cold in them and we returned them.

    Pros
    • Fits and keeps hands warm and dry.
    Cons
    • Gloves may not provide enough grip for activities that require a firm grip.

    These gloves are very warm.

Bought these for my husband. He says they are very warm and comfortable. He loves the thickness of these gloves, keeps his hands dry and warm. I recommend these gloves.

    Pros
    • Worked well on my trip to Reno, Nevada. I was warm and dry!
    Cons
    • There are no additional size options for people with small and extra large hands.

My opinion on these snow gloves.

loved the gloves. I bought these particular gloves because they match my orange parka perfectly. I tried them on and they are really warm inside. My arms and fingers are very long. X-Large is therefore quite suitable. Perhaps another half inch longer in the fingers would be ideal. But they still fit. I love the orange color as I mentioned above. You can probably spot these gloves from a mile away in the snow. I also like that you can clip both gloves together so you don't lose one. And you can…

    Pros
    • Fast, friendly service. Good product. warm gloves. Good price!
    Cons
    • Good gloves for the money but sizing doesn't add up - bought big as I usually do - had to buy very big

Good value for money, my pros and cons

The quality may not be the best, but they do their job. Sledding with my grandchildren kept my hands dry and warm. Let's see how long they last...

    Pros
    • Great fit and feel.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for people with sensitive skin due to the material used.

    Style, warmth and comfort A+

These gloves made my hands sweat while we were snowmobiling in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! Even sitting still as a passenger, my hands were very warm! I recommend them for style and comfort.

    Pros
    • Perfect for a teenage grandson.
    Cons
    • Very bad quality. The seams rip every time I wear them. Don't waste money.

Cold fingers when you are not active

Got these specifically for the water resistance/protection. Gloves are fine, but my fingers were consistently cold even in 30F (compared to regular Columbia gloves or the excellent OZERO gloves here at Revain). If you play sports and the blood circulates, you will most likely be fine (e.g. skiing, snowboarding, etc.). If you're looking for a glove that will keep you warm while playing or just beating out the cold, then these gloves aren't for you. (I kept going into my pocket to warm my…

    Pros
    • Mainly used for sweeping, shoveling and snow removal.
    Cons
    • Not very waterproof and run small. Too bad they didn't have an XXL.

    Needle and thread suit me

The gloves are very good but when my daughter tried them on she pricked her finger. Pulling it out, she found a needle and thread stuck in her finger. As a mother, that scares me a lot. All these things (horror stories) spinning in my head.

    Pros
    • These gloves were perfect for last weekend's snowmobiling. It was 10 below zero outside, but my hands never got cold!
    Cons
    • Gloves may not be flexible enough for activities that require dexterity.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Look good and feel good

My son loves these gloves. Sometimes I have cold days when we go skiing, it can get a bit cold. But they look great, feel great and are inexpensive.

    Pros
    • These gloves keep my hands really warm. i like purple I love that I can get these purple gloves, that's great
    Cons
    • I have short fingers, my fingers were short. Couldn't wear them.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    pretty good. good for me

Like most gloves I've bought, they work well for a couple of hours in the snow. Eventually my girls hands got wet and cold. They work well when your child is outside for about an hour.

    Pros
    • Keeps daughter absolutely warm and dry.
    Cons
    • Due to the material used, not suitable for hand allergy sufferers.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Hard. .... the best in my rating

My only real issue here is the density of the glove. Its inherent form makes it necessary to clench a fist and grab it, which requires some effort. A few weeks of use and not broken in yet. But I definitely recommend them and they are worth the money.

    Pros
    • Like it a lot
    Cons
    • Glove size may not fit all hand sizes

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Not for the cold. disappointed

Didn't keep my hands warm. I wore my son's clothes in October in 40 degree "freezing" fall weather and they didn't do the job. I understand his complaints from last winter. Hands stay dry, but he's used plenty of hand warmers during MN's winter adventures.

    Pros
    • Keeps my son's hands warm and dry!
    Cons
    • It is not waterproof and therefore unsuitable for use in wet conditions.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality and appearance in my opinion

They were ordered for our school children and what other customers said about them was what led to the order. They look and feel like they're warm and dry for kids.

    Pros
    • Bought for my 18 year old son. They seem to like it.
    Cons
    • Limited insulation, therefore unsuitable for extremely cold temperatures

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Nice glove but very small

I had to order 2 sizes to fit. But once I did that they feel very comfortable and performed well on our last day of sledding.

    Pros
    • The wind always ate my lunch / Enough! And they look good.
    Cons
    • They don't even withstand temperatures of 50 degrees and my fingers don't get cold.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Cold wet fingers - my new review

I bought them for an extra pair and when I used them to blow snow they got wet and my fingers got cold. The rest of the glove stayed dry.

    Pros
    • the warmest gloves I have.
    Cons
    • The lining can easily tear after a few uses.
