If you're out and about, opt for the Michelin whistles.

Michelin pipes have never let me down in terms of quality. I've bought expensive hoses that failed of all places at the valve's junction where it connects to the hose. This has never happened with Michelin whistles. great price and relatively affordable price.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • something different

Threadless bars are the best in tires and tubes

are my favorite tubes. I prefer an unthreaded stem so the pump head doesn't bite, and get longer ones to fit my 40mm aero wheels. And are they just as reliable as any tube and maybe a little lighter? I do not know'. This is a tube. It's just so exciting that someone can come over the whistle.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not the best

A great tube and smooth stem are a must!

So far so good with my first test of these tubes. I've only ridden them a few hundred miles, but I can safely say that a smooth valve stem is a must. That's why I tried them on Super Bontrager headlights after 3 failures in a row, all of which failed in the valve stem area. I recommend based on past performance. They are not flat and hold air well (I run 110-120psi pressure).

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Good light and drive

Despite the fact that these are "ultra light" lamps, there were no problems with flats. They lose some air - maybe 2psi overnight - but as I always check my tire pressure before I ride and usually don't ride for more than 4-5 hours at a time, it's not a problem. I prefer the 52mm valve and rarely find them unthreaded (referred to as "French valves" at retail) so it's nice to find them here.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No automatic

Michilin AirComp for Sports

Well I love Michilin products and they fit me. I use them on my road bike and they seem to work well. I had a justifiable flat tire (a sliver on the road went through the tire and straight into the tube) and also punctured when I manually manipulated the Presta valve while inflating the tires in a hurry. If you're not that careless these are really good hoses, otherwise get the cheaper, heavier (not very much for the average person), more durable Michilin AirStop hoses.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • updates

Slim, small and light

I've been riding tubeless for about 3 years now. However, I still have a spare tube and prefer it to be as thin and small as possible so I can use the smallest possible seat. He only goes to the bike to fix a flat that isn't sealed with Orange Seal, so I can't confirm longevity. When fully deflated, this tube folds up very snugly and fits into the smallest Fizik pocket, which has plenty of room for levers, band-aids, a mini tool, and a few other small items. The length of the rod is sufficientโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • There are nuances

Blows out after about 600 miles

Purchased for my ENV 4.5 Smart System carbon rims. Valve length is perfect. Not too short and not too long, protruding beyond the valve opening of the rim. Pretty light for both training and competitive racing, although I blew up after about 600 miles and a few cobbles (front wheel). No noticeable splinters, nails or punctures and NO chips on the ENVE rim! Just good old-fashioned compression power. Still better than the Pirelli Zero, but worse than the standard Goodyear. Definitely not aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I'll keep quiet
