Disruptive noises solved

This is a VERY strong cable. Two heavy gauge insulated/shielded cables, one for each channel. It looks like it's overkill. My problem is that the audio cable has to go through one of life's epic HF/EM games to get from my computer to the amp. I've tried redirecting but there are very few options. In the end there is always an annoying humming noise due to the proximity of other cables and the lack of proper shielding. This solved the problem. Fully. I can't say I've noticed a difference in…

Insanely huge. There may be quality problems.

This is my least favorite cable. The cable itself is awesome. I find the huge cable + 3.5mm jack combo questionable given the strain the weight of the cable puts on the relatively small plug/jack. make noise like no other. My guess is that a marginal/failed connection in one of the ports is causing it to act as an antenna. Switching to a different cable solves this problem, so it's not my gear. I can try converting the connectors to 1/4 male (more appropriate given the size and weight of the…

I can only say WOW!

After installing new non-original speakers in the car, I noticed that the music quality has improved, but there is still a bit lacking. I soon realized that despite my many upgrades, the stereo cable connecting my iPod to the car was the weak link in the system. With its gold plating and the extremely heavy cross-section, this cable leaves nothing to be desired. Highs are less tinny, mids are richer and basses are deep and strong. I will use this cable for all sorts of applications e.g. B. to…

Heavy Duty Cable for my Rm Home Theater

This high quality heavy duty AUX cable was PERFECT for connecting my projector to my home theater 5.1 surround sound system Soundbar. I read a lot in the reviews of complaints that the cable is thick, but mmm. I think that's the whole point if it's "HEAVY". I was looking for a PREMIUM aux cable for my projector that I can use over long distances without sacrificing sound quality. I don't want the average thin and flimsy 3.5mm cable that will probably wear out after a few months. I would…

Heavy duty or overdesigned?

This cable is constructed as if certified for use as a critical part of a nuclear reactor and is heavy enough to power a car from an external source. So why could it be bad? Because it needs to connect two 3.5mm jacks, wow! Designed for portable consumer devices and accessories, the 3.5mm connector typically connects to a suitable lightweight cable. This monster is so heavy that if you move any of the connected objects - say a laptop or a phone - you'll see the connector bend at different…
