Not 2 pieces but 1 to fit seals

Whilst this is the correct part I figured there should be 2 in the pack. A bit annoying that I would have to get another one locally.

2012 F250 4x4 6.7L fits perfectly. Good build quality

I only made for the left side but when I do this project I will be ordering for the right side. You really need an OTC 6697 to fit this gasket to the axle and then use the tool again to insert it into the steering knuckle and hammer the axle back into the truck.

Excursion 2005 is not suitable!

According to Revain they will fit a 2005 Ford Excursion but they will not. When the F250 was changed in 2005, it received this new seal. The Excursion did not get a new front suspension/axle. So don't order this for 05 excursion. Order a seal that Revane says matches 04 Excursion. Unfortunately, my return window ended 2 weeks ago and I now have $55 worth of unopened but non-refundable axle seals. Thank you Rewin!

Pros
  • Shaft Shaft
Cons
  • Operating Speed

I thought I did something wrong or they weren't the right ones. Said shut up and put my axel back in. Jumped further. So I took my old oil seal and put it in with this one and nailed it in place. Actually it worked great. Along with an improved dust seal. Axel and Boot also have a small gap. But it's sealed, I…
