Good value for money

I was able to make a decent amount of candles in baby food jars from a 1 pound sack. Probably around 6-8? The only thing I didn't really like was that the smell was quite overpowering, but not in a bad way. Just like adding essential oils, you would need to add a good amount so that when they burn they smell like oil, not wax.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet

I make candles fairly regularly with the brands I get.

I make the brand of candles I buy from Michaels fairly regularly and I bought these because I didn't have time to buy cereal and I needed to have them delivered to my house and when did they get them gets hard, the quality doesn't keep up with the brand i usually get. This annoys me the most because it's a birthday present and I ordered the tin I put it in.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • A few small things

Good things but almost never stop

This is really a great thing! We made them together with a small child so that he would receive them as a gift for the New Year. We melted the chalk for paint but the quality of the candles turned out great. I melted it in the microwave with a cup of Dixie. Melts very well. Will be buying more soon to make some candles for myself! Update 8/6/20 Now I know a bit more about candle making. Although it melts easily and without problems, it actually has no throw. No matter how much essential oil I…
