I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

After the fujifilm xp 140, the Olympus is almost perfect, here the photos and videos are much better, and the photos are better than on the sony hx300. Video in 4k writes 5 minutes 30 seconds, the LED backlight and digital zoom do not work in 4k. 8 filters are available instead of 25. I liked the fcon t02 mode, this mode makes a wider angle with the same frame size and video. If you add digital zoom from ricoh wg 6 will be the perfect camera.

    Pros
    • Underwater 4k at 30 frames 1080 at 60 frames Slow motion video up to 480 frames Photo quality Microscope 5 modes LED lights Thermometer fcon t02 mode ISO 12800 Aperture 2.0 Battery 1350
    Cons
    • 12 megapixels is not much Limited video mode in 4k Noisy zoom lens No Bluetooth 2x digital zoom

Probably the best camera out there. Of course, there are a couple of drawbacks such as 2x digital zoom, unlike ricoh where 7.2. Impossible to take a selfie as it is on ricoh. 4k video recording is 5.30 Later I will upload a comparison of photos and videos with ricoh wg5 and fujifilm xp130 Pros below: Not afraid to dive Photo and video quality There is a bright pendant for photos and videos Good display Autofocus compared to other rugged devices Multiple microscope modes 4k 30k 1920*1080…

No complaints, I recommend the product for purchase.

Has some pros Took for shooting underwater in boxing. Advantages: Shooting occurs immediately, even in difficult conditions does not hang on "think" after pressing the trigger. A high resolution. Good color rendering. Cons: Very small size, not convenient for people with poor eyesight, the icons on the screen are hard to see. Very small battery capacity, enough for 40 minutes under water. There is no shutter in front of the lens, I had to buy it separately (1200r!) So as not to accidentally…

DOA I really wanted this to work

I kept looking at these cameras and finally pushed the button. When it arrived I found that it was probably the only device in the world that could have the battery misplaced. After charging it wrong, I found out it was possible and changed it. It seemed to charge but now I can't see anything on the screen. Then only the info button, which displays the GPS info, works. I'm sending it back in the hope that I can buy another one that works perfectly. Too bad it will probably take weeks as it is…

If you're bad with cameras, buy it today.

Wow! I have several soapboxes as well as a Canon 50D and I have always found myself in the same situation: I needed a pocket camera that could capture sand, water and everyday situations. I have two small children and I find myself in such an environment. I have just run the Olympus T-6 3 times in the sea, 3 times in the pool and in the sand itself while building a sandcastle in ONE DAY. i am so impressed It's true, the lack of instructions is pretty silly, but the quick start guide got you…

So worth it - highly recommend

I've done a TON of research on this little camera. I was very, very scared putting him in the water for the first time. It literally felt like I was holding a $500 bill (is there one?) and waving it in a gale force wind, just hoping it wouldn't blow away. Hey! But I was very careful and made sure all the seals were sealed and he survived MANY hours of saltwater diving on Maui and Kauai while taking hundreds of photos. Remember, you can just scroll through the settings and get some photos that…

    Big improvement over Nikon AW130

I love to point and shoot with a waterproof camera to take family photos in the sand and water on the beach. Places I would never take my iPhone or DSLR to. Based on consumer reports I'm hoping for a longer lifespan than any of my previous choices over the years (Canon D10, Sony model and Nikon AW130). Nikon died much quicker than I had hoped (salt water breakdown on vacation). But all seem to last 2-4 years in relatively harsh conditions (exposure to salt, water and sand). Immediately after…

Overall a good camera with some minor flaws and some great features

Overall a good camera. I was initially unhappy with it due to the lack of a lens cap, which costs $50 and is unavailable. Finally we bought another adapter and 2 lens caps for about $17 - JJC filter adapter, lens adapter ring, mounting ring, 40.5mm filter and 2 packs of JJC 40.5mm lens front caps with holder deluxe caps - they're not that good because they're good at dealing with the hanging lens cap, but they work well. Sooner or later the lens without a cap will be scratched. The default…

Probably the best rugged compact camera on the market

Pros: Takes good pictures for a 12 megapixel compact camera. Images are bright and low-light performance is very good. Macro is exceptional and underwater photography is very strong (by far the best among other compact underwater cameras). The dynamic range is very good and shadows are often correctly exposed (unlike most other UW cameras, which constantly underexpose shadows). Although this camera is only 12MP, it often delivers cleaner and more detailed images than its 16MP and 20MP…

    Cons
    • There are more interesting options.

I like the product very much, fully consistent with my expectations.

Never a photographer. So I won't write about the quality. The previous Sony TX30 drowned, Sony stopped making them, so I bought this one. I took it to the White Sea, the camera was fastened to the side of the kayak, it was shaken, flooded with water. He survived all the hardships successfully. Lens cap not included as standard! I bought a native one that opens with a turn (it costs ~ 4k, recently the Chinese began to make it much cheaper). The native battery costs 2k or something, it is easily…

    Pros
    • Couldn't break. Charging the battery directly in the case via usb.
    Cons
    • There is no normal lens cap as standard. Native components are unreasonably expensive. Compared to the Sony TX30, it's a little heavy, there is no normal case.
