Looks durable. Nice bike rack.

Build quality is pretty good but the instructions are terrible (looks like typical China). Luckily there aren't many details to figure it out. Pretty hard mode once assembled. I would recommend. And what happened to bikes that no longer have footpegs? Are they out of style?

Pros
  • Nice appearance
Cons
  • Some flaws

Good rack. crap instructions.

Nice bike carrier. I'm calling because the assembly instructions are almost useless. The drawings are very small and do not contain important details. The instructions refer to short screws and long screws when all screws provided are the same size. There weren't enough pucks either. But after assembling, the frame is ok

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Empty

Good value for money, solid construction

The assembled stand itself is very strong. Good inexpensive bike rack. The assembly itself was quite easy. Work out the pattern shown on this product. The instructions are minimal. Tools not included and dimensions not listed. To help others you will need a 10mm wrench or socket and a 4.5mm allen key.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Expensive

Suitable for garage storage

We bought this stand for a couple of students who bring their bikes into the building. Putting it together was a bit tricky as some of the screw holes didn't line up well enough, so we had to take it apart a few times to rearrange the parts until it matched well enough. After assembling everything, we tightened the screws and quickly learned not to over-tighten them, as the metal frame deforms easily. It didn't even rock back and forth when everything was done, but overall it did the job.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Wheel Alignment Issues

This bike stand has wheel alignment issues. 26-inch wheels will do, unless you have a wider brake disc. Then the rotor can get in the way when you try to insert the wheel. The rotor can bend. It's the front wheel. With a rear wheel there is a risk that the rear derailleur hook will be damaged. Wheel spoke flex is also an issue for me given how poor the wheel fit is. The stand is hardly compatible and unusable with 28" wheels and other road bike wheels or 29" wheels. It's not necessarily a bad…

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Not Bad

Not for my needs, will be returned

I was hoping to use it with the two bike racks in my van but as you can see in the picture there is no room for it. two racing bikes next to each other. Also cannot be used on rear wheels as the derailleur will not fit. The installation guide is short. Make sure when assembling this thing that you tighten every screw for the entire setup first or you'll never line up the holes. . Don't tighten any of them, not even a little, until you have all the screws in place. Once you've screwed each screw

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Only available in white

Functional but quality control issues.

The quality is not up to par. Ours looks like it has been previously used and repackaged, permanent scratches on the main bar and scuffs on other parts. As others have said the instructions are incomplete at best and important parts/installation steps are never mentioned. I had to disassemble the parts to correct them along the way. A full set of washers missed and one of the pieces had bad threads so the bolt couldn't be hand tightened like the others. We managed to use some force with pliers…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
